In order to perform this role to experienced worker standard the post holder PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY Deal with enquiries from internal departments and refer as necessary Identify stock inaccuracies and report. Liaison with internal departments To be efficient and professional in representing the department RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY Maintain a high level of customer service To ensure supplies and equipment are dispatched as directed Prevent risk To report any problems or discrepancies Maintain confidentiality e.g. with regard to spending To keep up to date with current procedures To maintain accurate records SKILLS AND EFFORT Good verbal communication skills Keyboard skills Good team player Evidence of updating skills*knowledge Customer care skills. WOULD SUIT Anyone with previous admin experience would be considered however the role involves lots of heavt lifting assisting with deliveries so individuals must be able to carry considerable weight.
